LinkGather



This plugin for WordPress gives you the ability to export the web addresses for all your websites posts in Google Spreadsheets design.

You can get the plugin through the WordPress Plugin Repository by searching for LinkGather, or you can just go to the link below:

Once you have installed and activated the plugin, you can go ahead and use it.

How To Guide


A new link on the menu side of your WordPress admin portal will appear called LinkGather:

Hover over this menu option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different pieces available for you:

When you click on the Home link, this will go to the plugins home page which supplies instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Hit the Post Links option to move you to the page that will display all of your WordPress sites published posts’ URL. Note that for the purposes of this guide, we are using our blog test site with just a few URL's in it.

You website will now see a list with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. Depending on how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

At the bottom of the link list, you will see that LinkGather has also calculated how many post URL you have.

You then also have the option to download the posts in CSV style.

Page Links


The above procedure is exactly the same for Page Links, however instead of bringing back published links, it will bring back published pages instead:

wp.me Links


The option for JetPack URL's is again exactly the same procedure as those above, but, JetPack check here ShortLinks are actually built in short links created by the JetPack software. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to gather those URL.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.

Hoping that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links tab will bring back all export WordPress links those JetPack URL's that it has gathered:
